Leaps and Bounds Digital Solutions LLP offers Digital Marketing Services including but not limited to: – Custom website development, E-commerce solutions, Mobile Application Design and Development on Android and IOS Platforms, Content management systems, Website Maintenance and Support, SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Services, Social Media Marketing Services, Pay per Click (PPC) Services.
2)
The specific details of the services, timeline and cost will be outlined in a separate written agreement, proposal, or quote.
Payment and Billing :
1)
The cost of the services will be as agreed upon in the written agreement.
2)
Leaps and Bounds Digital Solutions LLP reserves the right to require a deposit before commencing work on a project.
3)
Payment terms and methods will be outlined in the written agreement and failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or termination.
Intellectual Property :
1)
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks and any other proprietary information developed during the course of the project, will belong to Leaps and Bounds Digital Solutions LLP.
2)
Upon full payment, Leaps and Bounds Digital Solutions LLP grants the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final website for its intended purpose.
Client Responsibilities :
1)
The client agrees to cooperate with Leaps and Bounds Digital Solutions LLP throughout the development and marketing process, providing necessary information and feedback promptly.
2)
The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete content for the website.
Confidentiality :
1)
Both parties agree to treat all information exchanged during the course of the project as confidential and shall not disclose or use it for any purpose other than the project.
Timeline and Delays :
1)
Leaps and Bounds Digital Solutions LLP will make reasonable efforts to meet the agreed project timeline.
2)
Delays caused by the client, third-party services, or unforeseen circumstances may result in project timeline adjustments.
Warranty and Limitation of Liability :
1)
Leaps and Bounds Digital Solutions LLP makes no warranties regarding the website’s performance or results beyond what is specified in the written agreement.
2)
In no event shall Leaps and Bounds Digital Solutions LLP be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the website.
3)
Leaps and Bounds Digital Solutions LLP will not be liable for any loss of profits or any loss of business or corruption of data or information, or any special, indirect, consequential or economic loss incurred by any user in connection with this website.
Termination :
1)
Either party may terminate the project by providing written notice to the other party if there is a material breach of the agreement.
2)
Upon termination, the client shall pay Leaps and Bounds Digital Solutions LLP for work completed up to that point.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction :
1)
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
2)
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
Modifications :
1)
Leaps and Bounds Digital Solutions LLP reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
2)
Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated terms on our website.
